Our Interview Process
What to Expect
Our interview process is designed to help us get to know each other better.
Each stage offers a unique opportunity for us to understand your skills, values, and how you’d thrive at Safewill.

First Stage

Speed
A 30-minute introductory call with our recruitment team to learn about your background, discuss the role, and see if there’s a potential fit.
You’ll also learn more about our culture, product, and what makes us unique.
Second Stage

All-In
Meet with the hiring manager to dive deeper into your experience and how it aligns with the role.
We’ll discuss past projects, challenges, and your contributions to assess how well you fit our needs.
Third Stage

Find the Impact
Showcase your problem-solving skills through a case study, technical challenge, or collaborative task. You’ll meet team members, share your approach, and demonstrate the impact you can bring to our team
We want to see your thought process, impact, creativity, and how you’d tackle real-world scenarios we face as a company.
Final Stage

Elevate
Meet with a cross-functional team member to explore how you align with our core values and how you envision elevating the company.
It’s also a chance to ask any final questions about our vision and growth.
Our Offer Process

After your final interview, we’ll provide detailed feedback and share the exciting news that we’d love to have you on the team!
We’ll also walk you through the offer details and what to expect in your contract. If you have any questions, we're all ears!

We’ll ask you to provide details for two managers (including your current manager if possible). They’ll receive a form to complete at their convenience. If we have any follow-up questions, we may give them a call, but we’ll inform you beforehand.
For roles with access to PII data, we’ll also conduct a police check through our platform, Checkmate.

Once you’ve returned your signed contract, we’ll onboard you into our HRIS system. This will initiate your welcome pack, introduce you to your team and the broader organisation, and ensure you're set up for success on your first day!
