What You’ll Need
- 6+ years of experience across strategy, ops or growth roles in fast-moving environments (startup, scaleup, agency or consulting).
- Proven track record leading cross-functional growth initiatives, from lifecycle to GTM to special projects.
- Data fluency. You’re comfortable modelling in Sheets, querying in SQL, and driving decisions from insight.
- Hands-on leader. You’ve built and coached small teams, and aren't afraid to get stuck in yourself.
- High ownership. Bias to action, clarity in chaos, and a mindset that cares more about outcomes than titles
