We’re looking for a Customer Operations Associate - an early-career role for sharp, high-potential talent who want to build real execution and problem-solving skills, starting close to customers and scaling into operations over time.
This is a hands-on customer service role. You’ll own customer outcomes day-to-day, while learning how systems, processes and teams work together behind the scenes.
What you’ll do
Own customer issues end-to-end, from first contact through to resolution, making clear judgements when information is incomplete.
Deliver fast, high-quality customer outcomes while balancing speed, accuracy and care.
Spot repeat issues, patterns or edge cases and flag them early so we can fix root causes.
Translate broad goals into clear next steps, breaking ambiguous problems into smaller, workable actions.
Prioritise effectively when everything feels urgent, and keep work moving day-to-day.
Work closely with Customer, Operations and Product to unblock issues and improve how things run.
Track your work accurately, keep numbers clean, and share clear updates when things are on track - or at risk.
Step into gaps when needed. This role rewards ownership, not waiting for permission.
What we’re looking for
We’re open to early-career candidates and high-potential grads with strong thinking skills. You might have studied maths, economics, engineering, science, commerce or a similar field - or built these skills through work or projects.
You don’t need prior ops experience. You do need judgement, curiosity and follow-through.
Strong problem-solving ability and comfort working with ambiguity.
Clear, structured written and verbal communication.
High ownership mindset - you finish what you start.
Confidence working with data, tools and trackers.
Willingness to start hands-on in a customer role and earn more scope through impact.
