Hi, I’m Lucy, and I’m the Head of Product here at Safewill. I’ve spent the last decade leading product and design teams across various industries, from fintech to education and government services, always with a focus on solving customer problems and driving the business forward. Prior to joining Safewill, I was the Chief Product and Design Officer at Kit (a CBA new venture), where I developed a financial education app that helps kids and parents make smart money choices.

When it comes to hiring, I’m always looking for people who are curious, impact-focussed, and love tackling complex challenges. My leadership style is collaborative and supportive—I’m passionate about fostering a space where everyone feels empowered to contribute their best ideas and learn.

When I’m not working, you can probably find me playing soccer with the kids or doing A/B experiments in the garden
