What You’ll Need
- 4+ years PQE with deep estate planning experience.
- Interest or proficiency in Probate & Administration.
- Confidence facilitating client strategy sessions and stellar interpersonal skills.
- Commercial mindset — balancing advisory, sales, and quality control.
- Collaborative leadership style, uplifting others and sharing knowledge.
