You’ll receive an invite to onboard via bob. Please complete the tasks (≈ 15 min) so we can activate your accounts in time for Day 1.
Inside your bob profile, open the What Great Looks Like doc to see your first‑90‑day objectives.
Use the code we sent to create a free Will before your first day. Experience the customer journey - you don’t have to submit it unless you need a Will!
Once you've onboarded via bob, you'll begin to receive scheduled comms in the lead‑up to day one.
Smart casual, but we definitely lean into the casual side a bit more. Just no offensive symbols or statements. Bring a jumper though - our meeting rooms get chilly!

We move quickly here, so in some cases our best planning is done quarterly, whilst other teams can do half-yearly..
