What info do I receive before starting?

Once you've onboarded via bob, you'll begin to receive scheduled comms in the lead‑up to day one.

What is the dress code?

Smart casual, but we definitely lean into the casual side a bit more. Just no offensive symbols or statements. Bring a jumper though - our meeting rooms get chilly!

Who will be my main point of contact?

Your direct manager is first port of call, and our People Team is always here to help.

How will my performance be measured?

We've supplied an onboarding doc for you to review in bob. This gives you a good idea of what to expect for your first 90 days, and beyond that we'll work with you to define your goals. We move quickly here, so in some cases our best planning is done quarterly, whilst other teams can do half-yearly..
