Reimagine Core Journeys
Improve signup, executor appointment and referral flows to reduce friction and build trust.
Own the Experimentation Roadmap
Form hypotheses, prioritise by impact, and run 2-3 experiments each month to drive measurable wins.
Make Growth Measurable
Size the prize. Use funnel, cohort and LTV analysis - paired with qual research - to uncover the biggest commercial opportunities, prioritise by revenue impact, and guide decisions that grow Safewill’s top and bottom line.
Ship Segment-Based Experiences
Design experiences by user type, life stage or channel context that lift conversion, retention and LTV.
Lead Cross-Functionally
Work in lockstep with Growth, Legal, Design and Engineering; collaborate closely with the CPO.
Operate Like an Owner
Champion speed, insight and delivery from idea → shipped product → learnings shared across the business.

What You’ll Need
- 5+ years in product roles focused on growth, experimentation or performance.
- Strong analytics capability-confident with SQL and tools like Amplitude or Looker.
- Track record moving metrics such as CVR, LTV, retention or engagement; comfortable running qual research.
- Thrives in ambiguity with a bias to action and ownership.
- Bonus: pricing/packaging/referral experience; trust-critical domains; lifecycle/segmented flows.
