What You’ll Need

  • 5+ years in product roles focused on growth, experimentation or performance.
  • Strong analytics capability-confident with SQL and tools like Amplitude or Looker.
  • Track record moving metrics such as CVR, LTV, retention or engagement; comfortable running qual research.
  • Thrives in ambiguity with a bias to action and ownership.
  • Bonus: pricing/packaging/referral experience; trust-critical domains; lifecycle/segmented flows.
